As Global WFM Leader, he leads the unified Global Work Force Management and build WFM advisory practice to drive growth. As Operations Risk Leader he will support operations risk culture in the hybrid work environment.

Saurabh Sharma joined FSL from Cognizant where he lead Global WFM and Operations Risk & Compliance [BFSI] for Cognizant Digital Operations. He has been working in the IT / ITES industry for over 22 years across manufacturing, tech, financial services and start up environments in different geographies (India, USA and Singapore) with Cognizant, GE, UBS and Dell. He will be based out of Gurgaon and will report to Prashanth Nandella.

Saurabh has done his Electronics Engineering from IET Lucknow, MBA from IIT Delhi and is a Certified Quality Leader, Six Sigma Green Belt & Auditor. He enjoys playing badminton, an avid traveller and a movie buff.
